Whether you’re planning a single storey or two storey extension or adding another floor to an existing block of apartments we have the solution for you.

Our extension kits are all prefabricated and pre-insulated off-site, the kit of panels, timbers, splines, and fixings is flat packed and arrives on site with construction drawings ready to be erected, the kits can be built extremely fast as there is no need for external blockwork. If the extension is to be finished with smooth render, roughcast or brick slips we can supply our magnesium oxide (MgO) carrier board which is screwed to the outside of the kit, so the external walls can be finished in a couple of days.

Our open panel system uses mini SIPs joining splines to connect the SIPs panels together, there is less timber in the walls compared to a closed panel system or timber frame kit, this means there are larger areas of uninterrupted insulation and less cold bridging, meaning your Eco SIPs Homes extension will be airtight and thermally efficient.
